For reasons of confidentiality, we collect the minimum amount of data necessary from our clients, beyond what they voluntarily provide to us or what we are legally required to collect and retain in the case of bookings made through reservation systems.

Your contact details and address; your phone number if you make a reservation by phone and provide it to us; your email address if you make a booking by email; or any data required by the booking engine to process your reservation. In the case of an online reservation, the system may request a selfie to verify the authenticity of the documentation provided. Your image will be used solely for this purpose and retained only for the strictly necessary time.
c. For our employees, identification data, social security data, bank details, and all data necessary for the development of the employment relationship.
d. Identification data of our suppliers or their contact persons in the case of corporate entities.
e. Images captured by our video surveillance cameras.
f. We record your communications with us via email or other means. When you communicate with us by phone, our customer service team may record your queries in our database.
g. Information collected when you use our website or other digital platforms, if applicable. When you use our website, we may record your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring website, and browsing behavior.
h. If you connect to the television available in any of our rooms, we will request your ID; therefore, your browsing history will be logged.

At YURBBAN WORLDWIDE, S.L., we process the information you provide in order to respond to your information requests, provide you with details about our services, manage your bookings internally and externally, deliver our services, process purchases from our suppliers, and comply with the legal obligations derived from these activities.
d. To communicate with you in order to respond to your inquiries, handle complaints, or obtain your feedback on the quality of our accommodations, services, or customer care.
e. To send you promotional or marketing communications via email, social media, or other electronic means, provided you have expressly consented to receive such communications. If you are a returning client, we may send you information, updates, or news related to our services without requiring prior consent. You can withdraw your consent to receive marketing communications at any time by following the instructions included in each marketing communication or by contacting us at gdpr@yurbban.com.
f. To record images captured by our video surveillance cameras installed in our establishments for security reasons. These recordings may be shared with the police or judicial authorities upon request.
g. Likewise, data collected during your browsing will be processed to provide access to online content, respond to user requests, maintain statistical records of visits (IP addresses, browser data, country, accessed pages, etc.), help us develop better products and services, optimize our offerings, and improve our customer service and website design and content.
