All our properties have access systems. Once you’ve completed your check-in information, you’ll receive access details for your accommodation.
No, since we offer self check-in, no personal assistance is required, and there’s no extra fee.
If you wish to have an in-person check-in after 8:00 p.m., there’s an additional fee of €30.
We offer a self check-in system. If you arrive at night and your booking has already been paid, you’ll receive the access codes to enter without contacting Customer Service.
If the booking has not been paid yet, you must call Customer Service to provide the correct credit card details and complete the payment. Once the payment is processed, the access codes will be sent immediately. No guest may enter without payment being completed.
Apartments are delivered clean. If your stay is 7 days or longer, you’ll receive one complimentary cleaning with a weekly change of bed linens.
Yes, a deposit of €200 is required for apartments, which will be refunded upon departure, provided the apartment is in good condition.
All utilities — electricity, water, internet, and gas — are included in the price.The tourist tax plus 10% VAT must be paid before check-in.

When leaving, please leave the keys in a visible place (such as the living room or entrance table), turn off all lights and air conditioning, and take out the trash to the containers near the building.
